[ HAND IT OVER ] Aevis works out what matters most right now. Sleep, recovery, training, nutrition and your real schedule are considered together, not as five separate reports. When the plan changes, Aevis picks it up. A late meeting, a bad night, sore legs. Tell Aevis and the week is rebuilt around it, instead of left broken. You don't have to re-explain yourself. Tell it once. Your goals, your limits and your preferences carry over. You don't have to remember to come back. Aevis follows up on what you agreed to and brings it back at the right time. You confirm, adjust, or skip. Ask it to pause or stop any reminder and it will. You choose which health data to share in Apple Health, and you can change or revoke that permission at any time in Settings. Your health data is used only to generate your own guidance.
