Aethera is a place to come back to yourself in a few minutes, whatever kind of day it is. WHAT YOU'LL FIND Moments. Short, immersive experiences of sound and visuals, three to five minutes, full screen. Say how you feel in your own words, by voice or by text, and Aethera opens the Moment made for where you are right now. Each one is handcrafted from original compositions, specific frequencies, and visuals designed to be felt and not just seen. A library of practices. Guided practices you can open any time, led in a practitioner's own recorded voice with the steps on screen as you go. Some are guided audio you follow along with. Others are conversational, where you work through something together, by voice or in writing. Most run a few minutes. You can repeat any of them, and your practice history stays with you. A conversation when you want one. After a Moment or a practice, or on its own, you can talk about what brought you in, what the experience was like, or whatever is on your mind. You choose whether to type or speak. Anti-Doomscroll, if you want it. Choose the apps you tend to lose time in and how long is too long. When you have been scrolling past that, Aethera offers you a Moment. This feature uses Apple's Screen Time permissions, watches only the apps you choose, and can be turned off at any time. It is off until you set it up.
