Aestheticly is the staff app for aesthetic and medical-aesthetic clinics - your diary, your client records and your till, on iPhone and iPad. It is the companion to the Aestheticly clinic management platform. You will need an existing Aestheticly clinic account to sign in. YOUR DAY, AT A GLANCE The dashboard opens on today: revenue, appointments, clients seen, and a work queue that tells you what actually needs you - unsigned clinical notes, bookings awaiting approval, prescriptions waiting on your authorisation, and client reschedule requests you can approve or decline in a tap. THE DIARY A proportional day and week grid with per-clinician columns, site and clinician filters that stay put between sessions, and drag-to-reschedule. Book in a few taps, add someone to the waiting list when you are full, and let auto-matching fill the gap when a slot opens. CLIENT RECORDS THAT TRAVEL Every client in one place: timeline, upcoming and past appointments, treatment records, wallet and gift-card balance, and a photo gallery. Search the whole list, create and edit clients, and read medical history without leaving the treatment room. CLINICAL WORK, DONE PROPERLY Write clinical notes with on-device dictation - the audio never leaves the device. Capture before-and-after photographs with consent checks built in. On iPad, use Apple Pencil to record injection sites, products, batches and volumes on face, neck and body templates. Sign notes, add amendments, and export a signed clinical audit bundle for an appointment as a PDF. THE HANDOVER Turn the iPad round and hand it to your client. They complete their medical history and read and sign their consent forms full-screen, with proper signature capture. Nothing else in the app is reachable until a staff member unlocks it, and an idle device locks itself. TAKE PAYMENT A full point of sale: treatments, products, courses and gift cards in one cart, split payments, gift-card redemption, and card payments on your paired Square terminal. Raise and chase invoices, and see what is outstanding. PRESCRIBING Create prescriptions, send them for approval, e-sign and generate the PDF. Manage prescribers, pharmacies and prescription items. TALK TO CLIENTS Real-time chat between your team and your clients, with read receipts and typing indicators. Plus your clinic's shared email inbox, rendered properly, with assignment and replies. RUN THE BUSINESS Twenty reports with charts and CSV export - revenue, retention, new patients, inactive clients, treatment mix and batch traceability. Monitor email campaigns. Read and moderate client reviews. MANAGE EVERYTHING Team and roles, clinicians and their hours, sites and opening times, treatments, products, consent and aftercare forms, clinic settings, and read-only status for your Stripe, Square and WhatsApp integrations.
