AES Portal is the internal operations app for Al Areesh Engineering Solutions (AES) employees, field teams, and management. It brings the company's day-to-day workflow into one place, replacing paper forms and scattered spreadsheets. WORK ORDERS Create, assign, and track work orders from dispatch through completion, with site details, line items, and completion photos attached to every job. QUOTATIONS & INVOICING Build quotations and invoices, share them directly with clients, and keep a record of every transaction. VENDOR BILLS & EXPENSES Submit vendor bills and employee expenses for approval, with a clear review workflow for Back Office and management. ATTENDANCE Employees check in and check out with GPS-verified location, and managers can review attendance history and reports for their team. INVENTORY Track stock and inventory transactions across sites and regions. LEAVE MANAGEMENT Apply for leave and track approval status without leaving the app. CLIENTS & SITES Manage client records and site details in one place, linked to the work orders and quotations associated with them. REPORTS & FINANCE Regional P&L, finance summaries, and operational reports give management visibility into performance across the business. AI ASSISTANT Ask questions about your operational data and get quick answers from the built-in AI assistant. This app is developed exclusively for AES employees, vendors, and contractors, with accounts created and managed by an AES administrator. It is not intended for use by the general public.
