Created to provide greater security, efficiency, and organization in childcare, it brings together leaders, volunteers, and families in a single app. No more lines, paperwork, and spreadsheets at check-in. With ADBA Kids, children's arrival and departure are quick, secure, and completely digital—with a unique identification code generated at each check-in and exit granted only to authorized guardians. FOR LEADERS AND VOLUNTEERS - Check-in and check-out in seconds, with instant search by guardian or child - Automatic alerts for dietary restrictions and specific needs - Rooms organized by age group, with automatic child placement - Complete registration of families and visitors - Opening and closing of meetings, with attendance control - Direct communication with families - Attendance and ministry growth reports FOR FAMILIES - Registration of children with health data, allergies, and important observations - Monitoring of attendance and participation history in meetings - Receiving notices and news from the children's ministry - Simplified check-in when necessary - Secure sharing of the child pick-up code SAFETY AND PRIVACY FIRST Sensitive information, such as health data, is visible only to leaders and coordinators. A child can only be picked up by previously registered and authorized guardians. Access to the application is protected by secure authentication, and communication with the server is encrypted. ADBA Kids was developed to transform the children's ministry experience at ADBA Araraquara Church, making childcare more agile, secure, and connected with families.
