If you are a customer and wish to have your vehicle diagnosed, please download the Adam Diag app instead. REQUEST MANAGEMENT View incoming diagnostic requests, listen to the customer's voice message, review the vehicle photo and license plate, and then accept or reject the request. SCHEDULING SERVICES Manage your available time slots and confirm appointments. Retrieve the vehicle's location and the landmark provided by the customer. REPORT WRITING Enter the problem identified, instructions, parts involved, and conclusion. The report is made available to the customer in their app. TRACKING AND BILLING Set service fees, validate proof of payment submitted by customers, and track the progress of each case until its completion.
