ACS Connect is a purpose-built workforce management tool for authorised contractors of Associated Cleaning Services Pty Ltd — a national commercial cleaning company operating across corporate, government, education, healthcare, logistics, and aged care sectors since 1969. This app is intended exclusively for approved Associated Cleaning contractors. It is not available to the general public. Access requires an active contractor agreement and login credentials issued by Associated Cleaning. KEY FEATURES • Secure cleaner login with credentials issued by Associated Cleaning • Daily shift schedule and job allocation for your assigned sites • GPS-verified clock-on and clock-off, with geofenced site boundaries to confirm attendance at the correct location • Scope of work display for each site, including periodic task reminders and specification references • In-app photo capture for quality assurance verification, incident documentation, and site condition reporting • Work Health and Safety notifications, including wet weather procedures and hazard alerts • Direct messaging to your Area Manager for on-site support • Real-time sync with Associated Cleaning's Salesforce platform, ensuring accurate attendance records, compliance reporting, and client invoicing • Offline mode for sites with limited connectivity, with automatic upload when reconnected • Secure access to site-specific SWMS, SDS, and induction materials BUILT FOR COMPLIANCE AND TRANSPARENCY The app supports Associated Cleaning's commitment to transparency, compliance, and service quality. GPS attendance verification provides independent evidence of site presence for our clients, while in-app QA workflows align with our ISO-aligned quality framework and WHS obligations under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011. ACCESS AND SUPPORT Contractor credentials are issued only to engaged contractors under a current Contractor Services Agreement with Associated Cleaning. Members of the public cannot register.
