TRACK EVERY WORKOUT • Daily workout sessions with a built-in timer • Set and rep logging with full history • Exercise library with step-by-step instructions for every level MONITOR PAIN AND MOBILITY • Pain diary on a 0–10 scale with body-location mapping and trends • Range-of-motion tracking (flexion and extension) — enter degrees manually or measure with your phone's gyroscope • Compare against your healthy-leg baseline SEE YOUR PROGRESS Charts for mobility trends, pain history, workout completion and level progression keep your whole recovery on one dashboard. STAY ON TRACK Optional reminders: a daily workout reminder, a pain check-in, an evening nudge for unfinished workouts, and an alert when you are ready to progress. Each has its own toggle and time. PRIVATE AND OFFLINE All data is stored locally on your device. No account, no internet connection required. IN YOUR LANGUAGE Available in English, German, Spanish, French and Ukrainian.
