AccuSite runs the whole job site from one app. Attendance, equipment tracking, inspections, and a live safety map — replacing the sign-in sheet, the tool log, and the clipboard. Built for field crews first: big targets, high contrast, and it keeps working when the signal doesn't. ATTENDANCE Check in and out in seconds. A project can require a site geofence, an NFC tag mounted at the entrance, or neither. See a running shift timer, everyone currently on site, and a day-by-day time sheet you can export. EQUIPMENT Give every tool an NFC tag. Tap to check it out, tap to bring it back — the app records who has what, and since when. Reserve gear ahead of time, require details on checkout by category, and export the log for a safety hand-off. Projects that don't use tags can move gear with a button instead. INSPECTIONS Build your own forms: yes/no, single and multiple choice, numbers, text, dates, photos, signatures, instructions, and reference images. Mark which answers are deficiencies, and a flagged answer automatically raises a follow-up for the safety team to resolve. Export any completed inspection as a PDF. LIVE SAFETY MAP Safety leads and admins see who is on site, right now. Location is shared only while a worker is checked in, only with their own project, and no history is kept. Any worker can turn sharing off and still check in. BUILT FOR THE FIELD • Works offline — check-ins, scans, and inspections queue on the phone and upload when the signal comes back. Nothing is lost. • Face ID, Touch ID, or a PIN locks the app. • Three roles — worker, safety, admin — enforced on the server, not just hidden in the interface. • Delete your account from inside the app at any time. INVITE ONLY AccuSite is set up per company. Your project admin adds you by username. If your company isn't on AccuSite yet, get in touch from inside the app and we'll get your site running.
