Acanto My Personal is born from the idea of our staff to change the concept of gym as it is understood in the common imagination. During the years of experience gained by our trainers in the fitness sector, we have decided to change the usual repetitive and boring training methodology, providing everyone with a solution tailored to age, goals and personal characteristics. This is how we replaced the figure of the instructor with that of the personal trainer, we replaced the classic machinery with cutting-edge equipment for functional work and eliminated the training cards by creating a direct daily contact with his trainer. The origins Acanto My Personal is the evolution of Acanto Palestra, born in 2015 as a bet and absolute novelty for our territory, it was part of the homonymous medical center for two years, gaining with the passing of time more and more success for trust and approval from part of the customers. Over the years the growing turnout has meant that the needs for work efforts, training machines and personal care areas have increased. This is why Acanto My Personal is born, combining the professionalism and cordiality of an always enhanced service for the location and the staff.
