AcademicVoice Clinician is the clinical companion app for speech-language pathologists, BCBAs, special education teachers, and related service providers. It pairs with a student's AcademicVoice School or Pro device over an encrypted local connection for session monitoring and clinical reporting. Designed for clinician devices only. Does not function as a standalone AAC device. SESSION MONITORING Pair with a student's device to view communication activity during a session. Pairing uses an encrypted local connection over Bluetooth or Wi-Fi, with on-device approval, and does not require the internet. CLINICAL REPORTS Generate and export reports as PDF, CSV, or JSON from session data on your device, using the standard iOS share sheet. Report types include Communication Summary, Vocabulary Growth, Session Summary, Behavior-Communication Correlation, Parent Summary, time-of-day communication patterns, and an annotated SLP Fluency Report. BEHAVIOR AND COMMUNICATION TOOLS FCT and ABC behavior analysis with antecedent breakdowns and correlation tracking. Mastery monitoring with regression-risk identification. Behavior notes that can be viewed alongside communication data. ROLE-BASED DASHBOARD Select your role on first launch (SLP, BCBA, Teacher, Paraprofessional, OT/PT, or Administrator). The dashboard presents tools appropriate to your role and credential level. STAFF MANAGEMENT Manage clinical team members, roles, and credentials, with a record of staff access. AUDITED PAIRING A tamper-evident audit log records each pairing session, including clinician name, role, credentials, device, and session duration. DATA HANDLING No student accounts. Clinical data is stored on your device or accessed over the live encrypted local pairing connection. Pairing transfers session data and clinician credentials to the paired device over that encrypted local connection; no data is sent to external servers.
