This app is intended for authorized ABC technicians and operational staff. A registered ABC technician account is required to log in. KEY FEATURES • Task List — view today's active assignments complete with order details, vehicles, and customer locations. • SOP Timeline — follow structured work steps (check-in, before, work, after) to maintain quality standards. • Before/After Documentation — capture photos and videos of work directly from the app for audit records. • QRIS Payment — process invoice settlement and payment confirmation directly on-site. • Job History — review completed tasks and their documentation. • Task Location Tracking — help operational teams monitor their journey to the location while a task is active, with always-visible notifications. PRIVACY & PERMISSIONS The app accesses the camera (for documentation), location (for monitoring active tasks), and notifications (for sync status).
