Aaranya Wellness Healer is the internal attendance app for therapists working with Aaranya Wellness. Use it to mark your attendance at the companies and societies you are assigned to, and to keep your visits, meetings and enquiries in one place. WHO CAN USE THIS APP This app is for Aaranya Wellness therapists only. It is not a public service and is not intended for patients or the general public. Every account is activated by our administrators after your documents have been checked, so you will not be able to sign in without an approved account. MARK YOUR ATTENDANCE Mark attendance at your assigned company or society in a few taps Capture your attendance photo with the camera Your location is recorded and saved as a readable address Mark attendance logout when your visit ends Look back over your earlier attendance entries at any time YOUR ASSIGNMENTS See every company and society assigned to you, sorted into Online and Offline Check your meeting schedule Open a meeting link directly, or share it with someone who needs it Raise a material enquiry and follow it up Add a meeting link to an assignment when required ONE-TIME ONBOARDING When you first join, you upload your identity and qualification documents as PDF files: PAN card, Aadhaar card, degree, professional certificate, passport and police verification certificate. These documents are checked manually by authorised Aaranya Wellness staff, who then activate your account. The app only uploads and stores them. It does not run any automated check on your documents, does not read or extract data from them, and does not send them to any outside verification service. YOUR PROFILE Update your name, phone number, address and employment type Set your profile photo Get notifications about your meetings and enquiries WHY THE APP ASKS FOR PERMISSIONS Location: to record where you marked attendance, and to show your current area. Attendance cannot be submitted without it. Location is used only while the app is open. There is no background tracking. Camera: to capture your attendance photo and your profile picture. Files: to let you select your onboarding documents. Notifications: to alert you about meetings and enquiries. You can decline this and still use the app. You can withdraw any permission from your device settings at any time. Doing so turns off the feature that depends on it. PRIVACY Your attendance photos, location and documents are used only to confirm your attendance and to verify your identity. They are never used for advertising or profiling, and we do not sell your data. Access is limited to authorised Aaranya Wellness staff. Full details are set out in our privacy policy.
