Aadaten Admin is the staff console for the Aadaten marketplace. It is an internal tool for Aadaten employees and authorised team members — a valid staff account is required to sign in, and the app has no functionality for the general public. WHAT YOU CAN DO Orders and dispatch View and process customer orders, handle refunds and returns, manage logistics, dispatch and delivery routes, and answer support tickets. Product catalogue Add and edit products, manage vendor-submitted products, organise categories and attributes, run clearance sales and coupons, and control pricing across channels. Vendors Review seller applications, verify GST, FSSAI and bank details, manage vendor memberships and payouts, and approve or reject vendor product submissions. Mother Filter verification Screen products through Aadaten's seven-layer Jain purity checks, review ingredient classifications, and approve or reject certification for each product. Restaurants and kitchens Run point of sale, floor and table management, kitchen operations, recipe masters, raw and produced materials, and transfers between central kitchen and outlets. Outlets, stores and warehouse Manage retail stores, outlets, warehouse stock, inventory movements and suppliers. Team and attendance Clock in and out with a photo and location stamp, view attendance reports, manage employees, roles, permissions and payroll. Reports Sales, orders, expenses, inventory and vendor reports, with a command room dashboard for a live view of the business. ACCESS This app is for Aadaten staff only. Accounts are created by Aadaten administrators; there is no public sign-up. Without a staff account the app shows only the sign-in screen. PERMISSIONS Camera — attendance clock-in takes a photo to confirm who is checking in. Location — attendance records are stamped with the coordinates of the check-in. Both are used only for attendance and only when you tap clock in.
