It connects directly to the company's central system to manage orders, quotes, collections, and customers from your cell phone, in the office, or on the go. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Orders: Create new orders, check their history and status. • Quotes: Prepare quotes for customers and convert them into orders upon confirmation. • Returns: Register return requests with the reason and supporting documentation for each product. • Collections: Register payments, view processed payments, and check each customer's account statement with a breakdown of outstanding balances. • Arrears Analysis: Overdue accounts grouped by salesperson, supervisor, or manager, according to your role. • Customers: Request the creation of a new customer, evaluate existing customers, and view the evaluation history. • Products: Catalog with updated stock and prices. DESIGNED FOR WORK WITHOUT A PERFECT CONNECTION If you lose signal mid-order, quote, payment, evaluation, or return, the app saves it to your phone and automatically syncs it as soon as you regain a connection—no work is lost. SECURITY Access with username and password, with quick fingerprint login where supported. The session renews automatically in the background, without interrupting what you're doing.
