Our members run Adult Residential Facilities (ARFs) serving individuals with developmental disabilities and Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFEs) — providing quality, affordable care in real neighborhoods, in family-style homes. When lawmakers consider policies affecting small care homes, the 6Beds Community has a seat at the table. EXPERT RESOURCES Access practical guidance built specifically for small-home operators, including the Wage & Hour Guide for Residential Care Facilities by Tammy D. McCutchen of Littler Mendelson — former Administrator of the U.S. Department of Labor's Wage and Hour Division and principal architect of the 2004 federal overtime regulations.
