31X South Korea is designed to help members of the U.S. Military community in South Korea more conveniently dial Defense Switch Network (DSN) numbers from their cellphones or non-DSN landlines. Simply dial the DSN numbers (don't forget the 315) then click on the phone icon to dial, or the clipboard to share it. Most DSN numbers have a direct commercial conversion (i.e., 315-755-XXXX = +82 0503-355-XXXX). The app uses the first 6 digits of the DSN number to retrieve the corresponding local number "prefix" from its internal database and appends the last 4 digits of the DSN number to complete the phone number.
