The app is intended for children and adults who have difficulty with daily structure, planning or reading a regular clock. This may include people with autism, FASD, ADHD, an intellectual disability, dementia or other support needs around time and daily rhythm. You can create time blocks for school, work, meals, free time, sleep or care moments, give each block its own color, adapt the day to your routine, view sunrise and sunset, and use the iOS widget on your Home Screen.
