為一款綜合認識情緒管理的遊戲程式。整個遊戲程式發展分為三個階段，每個階段會設計出一款符合該階段主題的手機應用程式，以完善整套程式發展。這三款手機應用程式的設計參考了認知行為治療模式的內容，希望遊戲使用者可以學習「情緒」、「行為」及「想法」的關係。長遠明白了解自身的思想陷阱如何影響自己的情緒及行為，學習如何調適自己的想法，達致有效的情緒管理。 此為第二階段的遊戲程式。旨在讓用家進一步了解到事件所引發的身體訊號、行為表現與情緒之間的關聯，並透過與其他用家的比對，進一步從自己及他人不同的表現，客觀地了解自己。
