Since your 1199SEIU Funds first introduced MyAccount, more than 190,000 members have created their own accounts, allowing them to review and update their health benefit information and enroll eligible independents, request a pension estimate, apply for child-care and training benefits, and so much more. Go to My Account Use 1199SEIU Benefits: MyAccount to: • Enroll your eligible dependents and coordinate your spouse’s benefits • Apply for your 1199SEIU pension and get a real-time pension estimate • Change your address and update other personal information • Submit a medical claim reimbursement or check on your clam’s status • Give your consent to share your health data with other providers • View Explanation of Benefits statements (EOBs) • Request a new Health Benefits ID card • Find an 1199SEIU Provider • Enroll in our Prenatal Program • Register for benefits offered by the 1199SEIU Child Care Funds • Find out about training benefits available through the 1199SEIU Training and Employment Funds
