Store description excerpt
Appraiser Verbal Questions is a study app created by Craftory for the first round of the Certified Appraiser exam, featuring past multiple-choice questions. You can repeatedly review verbal questions (excluding calculation problems), categorized by subject and year. It contains 1,224 questions from 11 years (2016–2026). The data is updated as of August 8, 2026. Scope of Inclusion · Civil Law — Property Law, General Provisions · Principles of Economics — Microeconomics, Macroeconomics · Principles of Real Estate — General Real Estate Studies, Specific Real Estate Studies, Appraisal Theory · Appraisal Laws (Appraisal Regulations) — Related Regulations I, Related Regulations II · Accounting — Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting For subjects where the wording of articles is crucial, such as Civil Law or Appraisal Regulations, it is better to review them frequently. You can select a subject, specific category, and year to solve only Property Law questions or view a collection of recent Appraisal Regulations past exam questions. Since these are multiple-choice verbal questions that can be solved without a calculator, you can continue studying without pressure even while on the go. Principles of Economics is divided into Microeconomics and Macroeconomics, and Accounting is divided into Financial Accounting and Cost Accounting, allowing you to select and review only conceptual questions. Principles of Real Estate is also divided into General Principles, Specific Topics, and Appraisal Theory, enabling you to break down the broad exam scope into sections as needed for study. Solve and Review When you submit your answers, they are graded immediately, and incorrect questions are automatically collected in your error notebook. When re-solving only incorrect answers, you can select the subject and year, allowing you to repeat practice focusing on weak provisions or concepts. Question search covers both the question and the answer choices. Since you can search by entering only the initial consonant or vowel, you can find relevant questions based on legal terms or expressions you remember. Collect questions to review in bookmarks and record criteria for confusion in the question-specific notes. In the learning statistics, you can check your correct answer rate, progress, and attendance records by subject. On tablets, you can view questions and explanations side-by-side. Explanations Explanations are available for 906 questions (74.0%). In particular, for the Civil Law and Appraisal-related Laws, the grounds have been identified by verifying the relevant articles. For other questions, only the explanations provided after review are included. If the grounds are unclear, the explanation is left blank. User Guide You can solve all questions for free, and advertisements will be displayed. Ad removal and access to full explanations are permanently applied with a one-time payment; this is not a subscription. If you share with a friend, you can use th
